Reward redemption is fairly straightforward with Salad, just make sure you have the requisite cash in your Salad Balance then follow this simple process:
- Select your desired reward, then click the “REDEEM” button in the card.
Note that pressing “SELECT AS REWARD” will just show you your progress towards that reward, not redeem it.
- Enter your email address, make sure it’s correctly written as this is where your game code, gift card, or other non-physical reward will be sent.
Note that Physical rewards will require you to enter a shipping address as well.
- Check the boxes beneath the email input. Please read these carefully, as they will contain critical information like region locks, accounts required, and our return policy.
Then, simply press “Bombs Away,” and your redemption will be sent to the Salad Support team. The process is currently manual, so we ask that you allow twenty-four hours to pass before creating a support ticket or contacting us about your reward delivery.
