Reward redemption is currently a manual process, which means that one of the Salad Team has to go enter your code and send out each email per redemption. This takes a bit of time, so give us twenty four hours or so before you inquire about your redemption. Physical rewards will naturally take longer, but you should receive a confirmation email within a day of redemption.
However, if you have not yet received your reward after a full day, something may have gone wrong during the process, like:
- Incorrectly typed email
- Reward email sent to spam
- Already-redeemed code sent on accident
If any of these occurs, or you experience another problem with your reward, please contact us as soon as possible on Discord or over Salad Support. We want to ensure that our users get the rewards they’ve chopped for in a timely manner.
If you redeemed a reward that you can’t use due to region locking, international shipping, or recently becoming and Epic Store Exclusive, we’re more than happy to refund your Salad balance. Just be sure to contact us and have some screenshots ready for confirmation.
